Fabra i Coats: Fàbrica de Creació is a municipal facility located in the Sant Andreu neighbourhood of Barcelona. It aims to support all phases of creative and knowledge-production processes —research, creation, production and exhibition— while helping these processes access established dissemination networks and circuits. Its mission is to generate workspaces and resources and make them available to artists, collectives and cultural agents, as well as to provide training, guidance and visibility for projects.

\n\nMireia Burrull holds a degree in Humanities from UPF, Barcelona, and a master’s degree in Social Anthropology from Goldsmiths College, London. She is a municipal officer and member of the management team at Fabra i Coats: Fàbrica de Creació. Since 2020, she has been the lead officer for the institution’s culture, education and territory programme.
