The registration period will run from the 20 th of April to the 1 st of June 2026, at 12pm, noon [UTC+2]. The resolution of the open call will be communicated the 19 th of June, 2026 and will be published on the Tabakalera website and on its social media pages within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the decision.
\n\nThe application should be done through Tabakalera's website. Fill in the form provided online and attach the following documentation, in the specific order determined below:
\n\n1. Contact details: first name, surname, address, email, contact telephone number.
\n2. Explanation of the project and motivation for carrying out the phase of the project that you want to work on during the residency at Hospitaldfield and Glasgow Sculpture Studios, (minimum 500 words, maximum 1,000 words).
\n3. Any images or other material available that help to illustrate the project.
4. Presentation of at least 4 previously developed works, with images of each one of them.
\n5. Presentation of an approximate budget for the period of the residency at Hospitaldfield and Glasgow Sculpture Studios, as well as an estimate of all the requirements.
\n6. Estimated work timetable during the residency.
\n7. CV and short biography or corporate historical (500 words).
Submission of documentation:
\n● All documentation shall be transferred by means of a document in PDF format (maximum 10 megabytes).
\n● The documentation, taking into account the 7 points to be submitted, shall not exceed 10 pages.
\n● The name of the document must be indicated as follows: Name_name_modality, for example: martin_bilbao_Hospitalfield_Glasgow Sculpture Studios.
\n● The documentation submitted must be in Basque and English.
The lack of this or any other documentation will entitle the committee to revoke the project.
