The application should be done through Tabakalera's website. Fill in the form provided online and attach the following documentation, in the specific order determined below:

  1. Contact details: first name, surname, address, email, contact telephone number. If the selected project has been proposed by a group, a single representative should be named here as a spokesperson for the project.
    2. \n\t
  2. Explanation of the project and motivation for carrying out the phase of the project that you want to work on during the residency at Tabakalera, (minimum 500 words, maximum 1,000 words).
    3. \n\t
  3. Any images or other material available that help to illustrate the project.
    4. \n\t
  4. Presentation of at least 4 previously developed works, with images of each one of them.
    5. \n\t
  5. Presentation of an approximate budget for the period of the residency at Tabakalera, as well as an estimate of all the requirements.
    6. \n\t
  6. Estimated work timetable during the residency.
    7. \n\t
  7. CV and short biography or corporate historical (500 words).
    8. \n

Submission of documentation:
\n● All documentation shall be transferred by means of a document in PDF format (maximum 10 megabytes).
\n● The documentation, taking into account the 7 points to be submitted, shall not exceed 10 pages.
\n● The name of the document must be indicated as follows: Name_name_modality, for example: martin_bilbao_arte_ project.
\n● The documentation submitted must be written in Basque, Spanish or English. If it is in Basque or Spanish, the section \"Explanation of the project and motivation for carrying out the phase of the project that you want to work on during the residency at Tabakalera\" must also be presented in English. Always within the aforementioned length and weight measurements.

The registration period will run from 29th June to 10th August 2026 at 13pm [UTC+2], one o'clock in the afternoon.
