In 2009, Sonia joined the CENTQUATRE-PARIS team as head of audience relations, tasked with implementing the institution's new artistic and cultural project in the local area. From 2019, Sonia directed Le Cinq, a space within CENTQUATRE-PARIS primarily intended for residents and associations of the 18th and 19th arrondissements, who develop their own artistic activities.

Since 2021, Sonia Khiter has led all the services within the audience development department, whose mission is to foster connections between the venue, artists, audiences, and the community.
