Does Tabakalera have a space for private functions?

You can hold private events at any of the available spaces in Tabakalera, provided the event is compatible with the centre's calendar of activities. The areas available for hire can be adapted to host a wide range of functions: lectures, presentations, business meetings, press conferences, receptions, advertising shoots, gala dinners, concerts, awards ceremonies, etc.


What type of private events can be held at Tabakalera?

You can hold private, closed for the general public, corporate or association events, meetings, presentations, lectures, awards ceremonies, press conferences, etc. However, the areas are not available for political, trade union or religious events, fairs, or public/open events unrelated to the centre's cultural programming themes.


Can I hold my wedding at Tabakalera?

Private events such as weddings, baptisms and communions are not allowed.


What time can private events start?

Events can start at any time of day. However, they must be over by 2.30 a.m.


Is there any exclusive agreement with any event organisers?

No service providers have exclusive rights to organise events at Tabakalera. However, you must hire the services of an audio-visual engineer to facilitate organization of the event.


Can I organise private tours for the guests at an event?

Yes, private exclusive tours can be organised for guests at an event. You can also arrange private guided tours even if you are not hiring out the space.
